FINDLAY—All three of the seventh grade Power of the Pen team members from Toledo St. Pius X School placed in the top 15 writers in their division at the regional Power of the Pen tournament held March 15 at Findlay High School.

Out of 146 students from 39 different schools, Eileen Iannone placed second, Mara Kalinoski placed eighth, and Olivia  Hauser placed 11th. All three have qualified for the state finals at Wooster College May 22-23.
