TOLEDO—Children enrolled in the Toledo Catholic Club’s summer program spent part of a morning at the Toledo Ballet where they had the opportunity to watch young dancers their own age take a ballet class.

Guests learned about the pink satin shoes that allow dancers to dance on their toes and were able to touch and feel the special shoes.
The Catholic Club, part of the Secretariat of Catholic Charities, offers child care, after school and summer programs and is available for parish rental. It is licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and the National After School Association (NAA).
