VAN WERT—Internationally-acclaimed recording artist Tatiana will perform “I Thirst” at Van Wert St. Mary of the Assumption Feb. 9 at 6:30 p.m.

The event features the singer and songwriter on keyboards, backed by world-class musicians, in an emotional portrayal of the Passion.

As a teenager, Tatiana gained stardom in communist central Europe as a pop music superstar known as Tajci. She abandoned her fame at age 21 and fled to the United States, where she eventually began performing in churches across America.

Tatiana has attracted a nationwide following since spring 2000. Her recent series of concerts saw large crowds drawn to music that mixed classical and pop influences, and Tatiana’s soaring voice brought many in her audiences to tears.
