OREGON—William Cook, former business director of Notre Dame Academy, has been named director of development for The Little Sisters of the Poor.
Little Sisters of the Poor Mother Anne Joseph Doyle, superior for the local religious order, says Mr. Cook is to help the Little Sisters of the Poor garner support for its mission to care for the elderly poor, showing them hospitality by making them happy and caring for them until death.
The congregation operates the Sacred Heart Home in Oregon.
