TOLEDO—Mike Bell, mayor-elect of Toledo, greets junior high students at the Rosary Cathedral campus of Central City Ministry of Toledo Catholic School.

Mr. Bell visited the school Nov. 18 to speak to junior high students about the importance of education and setting goals. He was the first guest in a new “Lunch and Learn” series bringing successful professionals in the community to the school for informal question and answer sessions over lunch with the students.
