TOLEDO—Volunteers, sponsors and items to raffle are being sought for the second annual “Nun Run” fundraiser. There are opportunities for business sponsorships and donations for raffles. Volunteers are needed to walk, wheel, run or push a participant.

The ‘”Nun Run” includes obstacle races, a Wii tournament, Michigan vs. Ohio State race and balloon drop. The event is held at St. Ursula Academy’s indoor track and is scheduled for April 25 between 10 a.m. and noon.
Activities continue at the Ursuline Center following the “Nun Run,” with a hot dog lunch, and 50/50 and 52-card pick-up raffles.
The Ursuline Sisters of Toledo, the Sisters of Notre Dame and the Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania, along with their Associates and friends, sponsor this collaborative event to benefit the three congregations.
For information on how to walk, wheel, watch, run or help push a participant, or to donate gift baskets, gift certificates or other items for prizes and raffles, contact Julie Bermudez, “Nun Run” coordinator, at jbermudez@ursulinecenter.org or 419-536-3535.
