MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.—Kohl’s Department Stores honored five Catholic students from the Diocese of Toledo for the good deeds they performed in their communities through volunteerism.

The “Kids Who Care” in the Diocese of Toledo are Karri Clementz of Kalida St. Michael, Patrick Jaeckin of Plymouth St. Joseph, Andrea Mitchell of Fostoria St. Wendelin, Alexandria Myers of Swanton St. Richard and Anna Wehrmeister of Toledo Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

Through the eighth annual Kohl’s Kids Who Care Scholarship Program, the five, along with 93 others from Ohio, receive a $50 gift card and recognition certificate from Kohl’s.

“Young people are transforming our communities through volunteerism and service activities that benefit others,” says Julie Gardner, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Kohl’s. “Every year we are inspired by the good deeds these kids have accomplished and are proud to recognize them through the Kohl’s Kids Who Care Scholarship Program.”
