Pilgrimage to Canadian shrines planned

MONROE, Mich.—Franciscan Sister Dorothy Jayne Krupp, pastoral associate at St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Monroe, Mich., is leading a pilgrimage to Quebec City, the Basilica and Shrine of St. Anne de Beaupre, the Shrine of Our Lady of the Cape (Notre Dame du Cap) in Trois Riveres and the Oratory of St. Joseph in Montreal Sept. 15 to 20.

The pilgrimage includes deluxe motor coach transportation with Lakefront Lines, lodging for five nights, all breakfasts, six dinners, all donations, admissions, guide service, driver gratuity, all taxes and gratuities on inclusions. The cost is $979 for single, $799 per person for double and $759 per person for triple accommodations.

The pilgrimage offers the opportunity to enjoy the autumn colors and spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Included on the tour are some significant sacred and historic places.

A passport or birth certificate and a picture identification card are required.
