INDEPENDENCE, Ohio—The Polish Legion of American Veterans, USA (PLAV) is planning the National Biennial Convention Aug. 8-11 at the Holiday Inn in Independence, Ohio.  

The group is expecting 300 delegates from throughout the country, along with their families, visitors and guests.

PLAV, chartered by an Act of Congress, is a non-profit organization with more than 900 veteran members throughout 10 posts in northeast Ohio, and has10,000 members nationally.
