Bishop Leonard P. Blair invites couples celebrating 25, 50 and 60 or more years of marriage in the year of 2008 to celebrate together with other couples from across the Diocese of Toledo.

The 25th/50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration begins at 3 p.m. Oct. 5 at Toledo Rosary Cathedral. The celebration recognizes the love and commitment couples must bring to marriage if it is to be sustained over a lifetime.

Celebrating couples are asked to register for this event by calling their parish office. Registration deadline is Aug. 27.

The liturgy will be followed by a reception hosted by the Toledo Diocesan Council of Catholic Women.
