Sister M. Roberta Boyer is from Toledo Immaculate Conception, is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and Mary Manse College and made her first profession of vows was Aug. 11, 1959, with the Sisters of Notre Dame. Her ministries included teaching and serving as a principal in the Toledo Diocese until 1981. She then transferred to the Cistercian Sisters in Prairie du Sac, Wisc., and made her solemn vows in 1984.
