ROSSFORD—Teresa Richardson, principal at Rossford All Saints Catholic School, received the John A. Thomas Leadership Award during the Principal’s Institute for the Diocese of Toledo in October.

The John A. Thomas Leadership Award is presented to a principal who has served at least 10 years as a Catholic school principal, demonstrated exceptional commitment and competence and is seen as an outstanding leader by her peers, school community and the diocese. The award is made of glass and includes $1,000 for the recognition.

Father John “Arch” Thomas was a priest in the Diocese of Toledo from 1962 to 1999. During that time, he served as a high school teacher, principal, diocesan superintendent and as a pastor.
