TIFFIN—When the new $66.4 million Mercy Hospital of Tiffin opened in late July, it was outfitted with new, state-of-the-art equipment and comfortable public area furnishings largely made possible by money raised through a successful $5.3 million capital campaign launched through the Mercy Tiffin Health Foundation.
Donors to the capital campaign are recognized in named opportunities throughout the interior and exterior areas of the facility. These named areas range from the overall campus, which honors a major lead gift from the Hanson-Reed-White family, individual patient care rooms and engraved bricks and pavers gracing the main entrance of the hospital and throughout landscaped areas.
Naming opportunities are still available, says Bernie Steinmetz, manager of Development and Public Relations.
“We have had a number of people who became interested upon seeing the engraved tree markers, pavers and bricks within the campus entry areas,” says Mr. Steinmetz. “These are great opportunities to publicly honor loved ones or simply become a part of the history of this new campus.”
The following naming opportunities are still available:
Private Patient Room: $10,000
Engraved Tree Marker: $1,500
Engraved Bush Marker: $1,000
Engraved Paver: $750
Engraved Brick: $375
