TIFFIN—The ninth annual Teddy Bear Ride was held recently at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin. Twenty-five members of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association, Chapter S from Fremont rode motorcycles to the hospital delivering stuffed animals and cash donations for young patients. This year’s event raised $230 in cash and provided $4,000 worth of stuffed animals to be used at the hospital throughout the coming year.
“We truly appreciate the generosity of the Gold Wing Road Riders Association in helping make a visit to Mercy Hospital of Tiffin a more pleasant experience for our young patients,” says Bernie Steinmetz, public relations and development manager.
