TOLEDO—Members of the SMILES club, a “Pay it Forward” themed club for seventh- and eighth-grade students at Toledo St. Pius X School, delivered more than 30 “Birthday Boxes” to the local Feed Your Neighbor food pantry at Augsburg Lutheran Church.

Each box contained a cake mix, icing, candles and a small toy. The items were donated and purchased with money raised from a club bake sale.

SMILES stands for Sharing Matters In Lives Each Second.
