St. Ursula Academy to host naturalization ceremony |

TOLEDO—St. Ursula Academy is to be the site of a naturalization ceremony for 25 people the morning of Jan. 14.
Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to a foreign citizen or national after he or she fulfills the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
The entire school is to be present for this ceremony. Participants are to include St. Ursula Academy student council officers and members of the school’s choral ensemble, U.S. District Judge Jack Zouhary, Toledo City Councilman George Sarantou, attorney Jacqueline Boney and attorney and Sylvania Town Crier Mike Weber.
Special guests are to include representatives from the American Legion, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), the League of Women Voters, the Office of the Ohio Secretary of State, the Office of Senator Voinovich, and the Office of Congressman Jim Jordan.
