LEIPSIC—When three Sisters of Notre Dame arrived at Leipsic St. Mary Sept. 2, 1909, it was the start of 100 years of continuous presence of the Notre Dame congregation at the parish. St. Mary is celebrating the 100 years of service May 31 with a 10 a.m. Mass followed by a buffet dinner at the Leipsic Fogle Center.

Several Notre Dame sisters are to participate in the Mass and a “100 Year Memory Walk” is planned for the Fogle Center. The celebration is open to the public.

Contact the parish at 419-943-2952 for information and dinner tickets. Free will donations will be accepted May 31 at the Fogle Center for dinner tickets.
