BOWLING GREEN—Nationally known church comedic character-actor Doug Brummel is presenting his one-man character-changing show “Lighten Up!” at Bowling Green St. Aloysius April 1 and 2 at 6:47 p.m.

St. Aloysius is hosting a whole-community celebration with this one-man show featuring Mr. Brummel’s “cast of characters.” Reminiscent of classic comedians such as Red Skelton and Carol Burnett, Mr. Brummel transforms himself into a variety of characters that aim to help all generations connect their faith with everyday life.

“Bringing everyone together to celebrate the gifts of our faith and our family life ... that’s what it is all about,” says Mr. Brummel, who has brought his characters to more than 700 communities in nearly every state in the country. People of all faiths and backgrounds are invited to attend.
