TOLEDO—St. Patrick of Heatherdowns choir is sponsoring “One Night in Rome,” an evening of dining and dancing with a Roman flavor, Sept. 13 at Gladieux Meadows.
The fundraiser features a performance by the Dan Welch Orchestra, a silent auction and a build-your-own pasta bar. All proceeds benefit St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Music Ministry. Tickets are $35 per person.
Dan Welch, a parishioner and choir member, has been a professional musician and vocalist for 45 years. A singer in the style of Frank Sinatra, he performs regularly with groups including The Weekenders Orchestra, The Toledo Symphony Jazz Quartet, Swingmania, The Watermelon Men, Karen and Company and the Johnny Knorr Orchestra.
A cash bar opens at 6:30 p.m., dinner is served at 7 p.m. and dancing begins at 8 p.m.
