Franciscans present ‘Winter Offerings’

SYLVANIA—The Sisters of St. Francis of Sylvania are offering spiritual presentations called “Winter Offerings” through their Sylvania Franciscan Spirituality Center. Upcoming events include:

“An Inconvenient Truth,” a discussion based on Al Gore’s DVD facilitated by Sylvania Franciscan Sister Rosine Sobczak, Feb. 20, 9 a.m. or Feb. 28, 7 p.m. in Rosary Care Center’s Evergreen Room. Donations appreciated.

“Benedicité ... Snow and Ice,” a reflection presented by Sylvania Franciscan Sister Josephine Dybza, Feb. 26, 6:30 p.m., Regina Hall Conference Room. Donations appreciated.

“Suffering, Death and Dying,” a reflection presented by Sylvania Franciscan Sister Mary Thill, March 5, 7 p.m., Regina Hall Conference Room. Donations appreciated.

“A Seder Meal,” facilitated by Pat Oedy, March 31, 11:30 a.m., Regina Hall Conference Room. Registration required. Donations appreciated.
