MAUMEE—Married and engaged couples are invited to attend a fun-filled evening presentation by local psychologist, author and speaker Kevin Anderson Feb. 9 at Maumee St. Joseph Parish.

“ ‘Honey, I’m Not a Home Improvement Project,’ and Other Secrets to Building Your Best Marriage” is sponsored by St. Joseph, Swanton St. Richard, Toledo St. Joan of Arc and Toledo Christ the King. The event is open to couples of any denomination.

Dr. Anderson is a regular columnist for the Catholic Chronicle, and is known around the country for his unique combination of humor, fun and depth. His 2003 book, “Divinity in Disguise,” was selected as one of the best spiritual books of the year by Spirituality and Health magazine. His second book, “The 7 Spiritual Practices of Marriage,” has been featured at international, national and regional conferences.
