SYLVANIA—Lourdes College’s annual scholarship fundraising event, “Luminations,” will be April 26 at the Franciscan Theater and Conference Center.

Beginning at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception with music by the Toledo Symphony Jazz Trio and the kick-off to the silent auction. At 8 p.m. a performing arts gala will feature the Toledo Ballet, the Toledo Opera, the Toledo School for the Arts and Timothy Shew, a Toledo native and Broadway actor. Dinner and drinks follow.

Tickets for the black-tie event are $125 per person and the proceeds benefit student scholarships at Lourdes College. Since its inception in 2001, Luminations has raised approximately $610,000 to benefit students.
