SYLVANIA—Registration is now open for Lourdes College’s annual “Hit the Links” golf outing. The event, which raises funds for student scholarships, is sponsored by Brooks Insurance Agency.

Hit the Links is scheduled for June 4 at the Bedford Hills Golf Club, 6400 Jackman Rd. in Temperance, Mich. Registration and a continental breakfast begin at 7:15 a.m., followed by a shotgun start to kick off the four-person scramble at 8 a.m.

To keep play moving, teams will play up to par on 18 holes. Prizes will be awarded on designated holes for closest to the pin, hole-in-one, longest drive and longest putt, as well as top men’s, women’s and mixed team awards. The event ends with lunch in the clubhouse at 1 p.m.

Registration is $100 per golfer before May 21 or $110 per golfer thereafter. Sponsorship opportunities are still available.
