SYLVANIA—Lourdes College is hosting a S.A.V.E. (Science Alliance for Valuing the Environment) lecture Sept. 16 titled “Pollution and Our Drinking Water — Marketed Pollution in a Different Way.”
The lecture features “Sludge Busters” founder and McComb County Water Quality Board Chairman Doug Martz, who is to share his lived experience and passion on the quality of drinking water.
The S.A.V.E. lecture begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Franciscan Theatre and Conference Center of Lourdes College. Attendance is free and open to the public.
