SYLVANIA—Sylvania Franciscan Sister Carol Ann Grace has been named administrator of congregational advancement for the Sisters of St. Francis, Sylvania.
The Congregational Advancement Office works to further and develop lasting relationships with a variety of constituencies to communicate the mission of the sisters to foster good will and increase support toward enhancing the diverse ministries of the congregation. The department coordinates fundraising activities including annual giving, major campaigns, planned giving, special events, marketing, communications and grant writing.
Sr. Grace brings to this position a background from various ministries including teaching and leading several schools in the Toledo Diocese and Michigan, Regional Ministry Formation director for the Toledo Diocese, director of religious education and pastoral associate at Paulding St. Joseph and extensive experience in fundraising and grant writing as the development director for the congregation for more than nine years. She has bachelor’s degrees from Mary Manse College and a master’s degree from the University of Toledo.
