CLYDE—The first in the “Lenten Luncheons” series sponsored by The Clyde Ministerial Association was held at Clyde St. Mary March 4.

St. Mary School students in grades four, five and six served the chicken casserole that Mary Kay Oakleaf prepared and ladies of the parish served as greeters. Father Dennis Schroeder, pastor of St. Mary, gave the welcome.  

The ecumenical luncheons are held at a different church each week. A free will offering is taken and benefits a fund for the poor.
