FREMONT—A Forum for Women on Sexual Trafficking is to be held Oct. 2 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Terra Community College in Fremont.

The forum consists of three sessions: “Online Predators” by a spokesperson from the Office of the Ohio Attorney General; “Trafficking in Our Communities” presented by a Toledo Police detective; and “Sexual Trafficking of Minors in Our Communities” by keynote speaker Theresa Flores.

Ms. Flores is to give a first-hand account of the trafficking problem, as well as to explain her current life work in response to her experiences.

The forum is free and open to the public, but reservations must be made by Sept. 30. For reservations, call Sharon at Gift Baskets & Bouquets at 419-334-4438.
