Notre Dame Eagles win all sports award sixth time in a row |

TOLEDO—The Notre Dame Academy Eagles earned the City League All Sports Award for the sixth year in a row.
The City League award is based on points accumulated for basketball, cross country, golf, tennis, track, softball and volleyball.
For the 2008-2009 season the cross country and volleyball teams were city champions. Track and tennis teams were City League runners-up. The basketball team was in the final four and qualified for the city championship tournament.
Notre Dame Academy offers a wide variety of varsity and club sports including basketball, bowling, broomball, crew, cross country, diving, equestrian, fencing, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track and volleyball.
“All our athletes have spirit and work hard on the playing field and in the classroom to achieve their own personal best,” explains Pam Edgell, athletic director. “Very few schools in the history of the All Sports Trophy have earned this incredible honor.”
