TOLEDO—The Cathedral Concert Series presents a variety of performances during the 2011-2012 program, bringing some of the finest regional musicians to the atmosphere of Toledo Rosary Cathedral.

This season features ensembles and soloists such as The Bach Project, the Toledo Symphony, Bowling Green State University Choir and Orchestra and organist Craig Cramer. All concerts are free, except the Toledo Symphony.

Sept. 25, 3 p.m. The Bach Project presents “Spanish Baroque Music” with Kathie Stewart on baroque flute, Webb Wiggins on harpsichord and Rene Schiffer on baroque cello.
Oct. 14, 7:30 p.m. Organist Craig Cramer
Nov. 6, 4 p.m. Yarbrough & Co. features traditional and contemporary African-American gospel music.
Dec. 4, 3 p.m. The traditional “Advent Lessons and Carols” is presented by the Cathedral Choir, under the direction of Paul Monachino.
Feb. 12, 3 p.m. Organist Paul Monachino
March 25, 7:30 p.m. The Bowling Green State University Choir and Orchestra present Mozart’s “Requiem” under the direction of Mark Munson and Emily Freeman Brown.
April 4, 7:30 p.m. Tenebrae, directed by Paul Monachino and performed by the Cathedral Choir.
April 15, 4 p.m. The Toledo Symphony Orchestra presents Bruckner’s Symphony No. 3, conducted by Stephan Sanderling. For ticket information, call 419-246-8000.
