TOLEDO—Braving the rainy weather, more than 1,000 students, faculty and staff members from Toledo Central Catholic High School processed through the Old West End to Rosary Cathedral for Mass Dec. 21.
The annual Advent pilgrimage from the school on Cherry Street to the cathedral, located several blocks away on Collingwood Boulevard, has been a Central Catholic tradition for more than 35 years. It is the school’s traditional kick-off to Christmas break, offering a final spiritual opportunity for the Central Catholic family to come together in preparation for Christmas.
