Technology conference offered at Toledo Central Catholic

TOLEDO—Educators and business leaders are invited to attend the Creativity and Technology Integration in Innovative Education (CATIIE) Conference June 11 at Toledo Central Catholic High School, 2550 Cherry St.
The conference is scheduled to run from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and a post-conference gathering.
The CATIIE Conference specifically focuses on and delivers presentations that demonstrate curricular best practices in creativity and technology integration. The sessions take real-world educational objectives and standards and show how these are being delivered to students using lessons that incorporate 21st century skills and exceptional creativity.
Many sessions may be of interest to business leaders trying to incorporate state-of-the-art web-based applications and social networks into their organizations. The keynote speaker is Kelly Croy, an Apple Distinguished Educator, inspirational speaker and performance artist.
