TOLEDO—The Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund and Central City Ministry of Toledo present the fifth annual Celebrity Wait Night, “Tip or Treat,” at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at Real Seafood in Toledo.

Tickets for the event are $40 per person and include choice of four entrees, salad, dessert, coffee and tea. Reservations can be made by calling 419-244-6711, ext. 220.

Money raised at this event provides tuition assistance for the students of the Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund and Central City Ministry. All tips are to be matched by the Children’s Scholarship Fund in New York.

The Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund has awarded more than 9,500 scholarships totaling more than $7.5 million to students in the community over the past 11 years. Currently, 650 students from Lucas, Wood and Fulton counties are receiving scholarships from the Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund to attend a private school for grades kindergarten through eighth grade.

Central City Ministry of Toledo has a 40-year history of supporting the mission of Catholic education to students of the central city, with nearly 450 currently enrolled at two campuses: Rosary Cathedral School and Queen of Apostles.
