TOLEDO—A pilgrimage to the Holy Land is being planned for Dec. 29-Jan. 7 and hosted through Toledo Christ the King.

Pilgrims are to walk in the footsteps of Jesus to the place of His Annunciation and birth, follow the way of the cross and see His empty tomb.

Father Dominic Savyo Mammoottil, associate pastor at Christ the King, is going on the pilgrimage, which is being planned by Kathy Mumy, the parish’s director of liturgy and music. Travel arrangements are being made through Peter’s Way Tours Inc.

Deposits of $350 are required by June 30. The total cost of the trip per person (based on double-occupancy) is $2,850 plus $675 (estimated) in taxes and fuel surcharges.
