TOLEDO—The Toledo Serra Club seeks support from businesses, individuals and organizations willing to donate a door prize to be used for its annual mini-golf outing for religious sisters of the diocese.

The Toledo Serra Club hosts the Helen Coyle Memorial 10th Annual Appreciation Miniature Golf Outing and Luncheon for the sisters Oct. 10 at Bedford Hills Golf Course in Temperance, Mich.

Organizers say this event is a way to say, “Thank God for our sisters and their vocations!”

This year, it is hoped every sister in attendance will receive a door prize. All donors will be listed in the event program and are welcome to join the group for the prize raffle and miniature golf tournament.

At the outing, participants enjoy an afternoon of camaraderie with sisters from various orders as they receive fresh flower corsages, golf cart rides, a luncheon, miniature golf tournament (complete with trophies) and ice cream treats.
