Megan Coyle Stamos honored with 20 under 40 award

TOLEDO—Megan Coyle Stamos, vice-President of Coyle Funeral Home and Cremation Services, was one of 20 recipients to receive the prestigious 20 under 40 award at the Toledo area 20 Under 40 Leadership Awards recognition ceremony.

The award, presented Sept. 27, is given to 20 leaders in northwest Ohio under the age of 40 who have made exceptional contributions to their community and have distinguished themselves in their careers.
As vice-president of Coyle Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Ms. Coyle Stamos is responsible for human resources, finance, accounting, business efficiency through technology enhancements, marketing, advertising and funeral prearrangements. She has been recognized as a recipient of numerous awards from The Outlook Group for preneed insurance sales and referral marketing. Ms. Coyle Stamos was also recognized by Homesteaders Life Conference for the national top 10 award for preneed business.
In the community, Ms. Coyle Stamos is the chair of Coyle Funeral Home’s “Cell Phones for Soldiers” campaign. She is a member of the Swan Creek Retirement Campus advisory board and a past advisory board member at the University of Toledo Eberly Center for Women. She is also a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals; Kids for Peace; Shared Legacy CSA-community supported agriculture organic produce co-op; Connext Nation Certified Business Network, the Women’s Entrepreneurial Network and the University of Toledo Family Business Center.
Ms. Coyle Stamos lives in Perrysburg with her husband and two children Kate and George.
